We are a couple living in a spacious one-story house and we have two rooms available.

What We’re Looking For:
• Individuals or couples, preferably those who are working or studying.
• We’re looking for clean, organized, and respectful roommates. Cleanliness is very important to us, as we are very tidy and would like to share the space with others who value the same.
• No pets allowed.

House Details:
• Both rooms come with closets and share a bathroom with a bathtub.
• Parking available.
• The house is new, with high-quality furniture, including mattresses.
• Fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils, a washer & dryer, dishwasher, and a state-of-the-art refrigerator with a water filter.
• The rent includes all utilities (gas, water, and electricity).

Location:
• Located in a safe, central neighborhood, with easy access to public transportation (train).
• Close to restaurants, supermarkets, and essential services such as hair salons, repair shops, and other local conveniences.
