Couple looking for Room/Studio

Hi everyone!

My boyfriend and I are looking for a room, studio, or apartment in the Costa Mesa/Newport area that is available February 1st or soon after. (Location is a bit flexible) Our budget is around $. We do not have any pets, but don’t mind if there are any in the house.

We are (him) and both work full time. We are fairly active and enjoy being out of the house when we’re not working, but enjoy being home occasionally and watching football when in season.
