You would be renting TWO Unfurnished Bedrooms with great closet space, & a Private full bath.

This home is beautifully decorated and shared with only ONE other person!  You'll feel truly AT HOME - not like a renter in someone else's space.

The home boasts an awesome theater room, electric fireplace, 3-car garage, storm shelter, large laundry room, shared office with printer, back patio furniture, & one of the most relaxing views of any home around.  Chill with your coffee in the front-of-house lounge chairs while you take in the serene prairie & pond.

Your roommate would be a mid 's woman, non drinker, non smoker, with a sweet disposition (she has been a renter at this home for 3 years and easy to live with).

Move in date is negotiable.  I could have it ready by February 1st with enough notice.  My clothes are still in the closets & one of the bedrooms needs the bedroom furniture removed, but I could move these things quickly if you wanted to move in sooner. 

Otherwise, move in is 1st of March.
