Lease takeover at the retreat!

I'm looking for someone to take over my lease starting in February. It is $ a month, with a parking spot and utilities it comes to about $. It is at the retreat and fully furnished!
It's rooming with three other girls, who are all super nice! The lease is also renewed for next year so you'll have a place to live until August of !! I'm looking for someone ASAP so let me know!!
