The carpet will be replaced with new wood flooring soon and will be repainted. It features a ceiling fan and new paint. You will have full access to all the house and pool. My room and my office/Den will be off-limits. Washer and Dryer access included. Street parking only. It has a fireplace in the living room and a spacious kitchen. Free Wifi included. NO smoking, NO drugs, and you must not be allergic to cats. The rent is $ a month plus a $ deposit. The PG&E bill is divided by equally between myself, you, and the other roommate currently renting the second bedroom. I am looking for someone clean, not messy, and respectful of my home and property. The rent is month to month. Perfect for a college student or a professional with a full-time job.
