Hello! My name is Chance and I have a few rooms available to rent.

My friend is moving out of my place at the end of February so I am currently looking for someone to take his spot. It's a 3 bed/2 bath house and one of the rooms is currently vacant so if you need to move in quicker, that could be an option. I'm in the southeast valley area right next to Eastmark so it's a very up and coming area with a ton being built right now.

I would be the landlord but I would also be living in the home. Overall, I live a pretty standard life. Work a normal 9-5 in an office. I travel a decent amount and I'm in and out of the house pretty often. I'm not a smoker or drinker. Don't currently have any pets. Cook pretty often. I have social gatherings at the house every now and then. I'm a guy in my mid twenties and hoping to find some people that are relatively the same age.

I'm open to men or women who are looking for a place. Really all that I ask is whoever lives in the home to pay their portion on time and treat the house as if it is their own. This is by far the biggest investment I've ever made.

I keep the house pretty tidy overall. All of the common spaces are furnished so you'd only need to furnish your room. You can use the kitchen utensils and cookware. There's a washer and dryer in the house. Storage in the garage. And a backyard with seating and a fire pit.

Rent would be $1000 a month. But that includes everything (rent, water, electricity, sewer, trash, wifi, etc.). House has fiber internet so connections are fast. Living room T.V. has Netflix/Max/Disney+/Prime Video, Youtube on it. My neighborhood also just opened a new community center with a large pool, tons of outdoor seating, and a pretty well stocked gym. You'd be given a keycard to access the center whenever you'd like.

I would really prefer someone without pets as my buddies dog has already destroyed multiple things in the house. However, I might be able to be swayed if your pet is cute enough.
