Seeking Intentional Housemate

I'm a thirty four yo cis-woman, working in higher-ed, very community oriented, active in community organizing/justice work, musician, lover of all things nature, kitchen experimenter, who has a sweet bearded dragon, Miss Frizzle.

I'm looking for a kind, intentional housemate who has a similar lifestyle who might be interested in occasional shared meals/gatherings.

The house is a little ba cottage in Glenwood, Greensboro. It has a large shed/garage and storage space. The house is fully furnished, but renter would need to bring their own bedroom furniture. The bedroom is medium sized, and it would be a shared bathroom.

I'm not in a rush and finding the right person feels important to me. A great candidate would be LGBTQIA+ friendly, an effective communicator, interested in social justice, works outside of the home, and is also looking to create a cozy, peaceful, and welcoming home space. Age/gender not a high priority, but would lean towards femme humans.
