Renting room with private restrooms

My girlfriend and i (we r both girls, a couple) are renting a room with private restroom in our beautiful th floor apartment . We r years old , both full time workers, a physical therapist, she manages a dental office. We r both very mature, responsible and extremely clean. We r into yoga, working out and the healthy/quiet lifestyle. Looking for a roommate that can be respectful, clean and mature. The building has all of the amenities (gym, pool, small market store) , close to everything.
