The bedroom to be rented is accessed though the main room of the lower level and is diagonally located from the other occupied upstairs bedroom. It is a very bright room with two new, very lightly tinted windows facing west. The bedroom in total measures slightly greater than eleven and one-half foot by ten foot, with a 5 ½ ft. wide closet. The closet has two overhead parallel shelves, and a hidden relatively large, private storage area (accessed through the sliding door at the back of the closet.) The laundry room and door to the backyard are also off the main room on this lower level.

No nickel and diming you with petty expenses. Renter pays rent and half of Consumer's Energy bill. MANY EXPENSES ARE INCLUDED in the rent: internet, garbage/recycle/water bill, soap (hand soap, dish soap, shampoo, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent), toilet paper, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, some condiments (salt, pepper, baking soda, baking powder, mustard, sour cream - no relish, no catsup), sugar, honey, pasta, potatoes, 2% milk, and other things I get in bulk. Paper towels are Not included.
