Rent 1 Room in a 3BD 2BH Apartment

Description

Looking for a male roommate to rent one private room in a BH located in Westlight Apartments, starting January . Rent is $ + utilities. The room will come with single bed and some other furniture if you need it, but we can remove them if you don't. The lease term is flexible, can be discussed with me (lease ends Sept ). You will be sharing bathroom with one other person. No pet allowed, and preferably nonsmoker. Parking is included. Deposit is required.

The location is literally next to Publix, UPS, CVS, MARTA Bus Stops, car wash. Very close to wellness center, dental office, and a lot of restaurants.

Preference:

- A person who has a job that requires to work in the office with regular schedule, or a student with regular hours going to the university
planning to lease until the lease ends (Sept ).
- comfortable with room temperature of degrees (the place is relatively newly renovated, so the AC works efficiently, with that temperature I think it should already be comfortable)
- clean after yourself, we're making the place comfortable for each other
