Looking for 2 roommates for December, -bedroom, 1-bathroom house. I'm starting Epic Flight Academy in December and it would be awesome to share the house with other flight school students. It's about a min. drive to school for Epic students and about a min. drove for Embry-Riddle students. Rent is $ per month plus a third of the utilities (water, electricity, garbage & internet), which is probably $, so most likely you're looking at $ per month.

The house is sqft. of living space, and is fully furnished. How cool is that!! Wood-like tile flooring, a renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, shaker-style cabinets, subway tile backsplash, and butcher block countertops.

The property includes a screened porch, covered carport, and a sqft. lot with ample gardening space. Located just minutes from the beach and close to schools, shopping, dining, parks, and Riverside Drive for scenic river views.
