Laundry room to use next door, then split plan one shared bathroom / wash room with cabana door exit to use the pool and deck, also one extra bath available to use. Usage of a big kitchen to prepare meals with a dining island and breakfast corner. The hallway between rooms has a small coffee station for that first coffee on the way in the mornings. Located in Central Plantation close to all major roads and interstate, min from the airport or major schools, all around great shopping possibilities, restaurants, parks and gyms. Female household only with guard dogs, very friendly, helpful and safe community. If you have a small to medium dog with no aggressive traits we can negotiate, we love cats but unfortunately have allergies.
