Roommate needed

Hey! I have a really big single room available. I am looking for someone to take over my lease, but a subleaser works too. I am hoping for someone starting winter quarter-spring quarter, or asap if needed. There are three other girls that live there, as well as a kitten (miso), and a three legged cat (goose) that like to play with each other. LGBTQ+ friendly house. Any genders welcome! There is a hot tub, pool, and gym included, and a nice balcony with a hammock, as well as in unit washer/dryer.The apartment is spacious and clean. A little about the roommates: they are all sweet and silly. Oftentimes watch tv together. Jemimah likes raves and she makes yummy dessert sometimes. Joannah has a big personality and jokes around a lot, she reminds us all when rent/utilities are do which I find super helpful. Emily likes the outdoors a lot, and is studying to be a vet. They all hang out and sometimes watch tv/movies together. The front office staff genuinely cares about the happiness of renters and are pretty on top of things regarding any maintenance issues/etc. They host resident events every month. I am sad to be leaving this place, please let me know if interested!
