I’m looking for a room to rent for a short-term stay ( months) while I’m in the process of selling my home and relocating to the Rancho Cucamonga area. I’ve recently been transferred to this area by my company.

I’m an established, professional male, early riser, and fitness-oriented—my gym routine is a priority. I’m quiet, respectful, clean, and well-groomed. My financial standing and history are excellent.

I’m new to the area, originally from San Diego, and prefer a living situation with females as I tend to vibe better in that environment. I’m not looking for a “bro” or party atmosphere—just a peaceful, mature setting.
