There is 1 space in the garage for parking. I am very respectful to anyone and would like the same in return. The house is quiet & the community is mostly retired living homes. It has dog parks, 3 pools & hot tubs. It’s in walking distance to North Mountain, bus stops, and convenient stores and shopping areas off of 7th St & Thunderbird & 7th St & Dunlap. I have 1 teenager that lives here every other week. (Shared custody). He is , mature and polite. I have 2 small dogs that are very friendly. There is 1 other female tenant. The rent is $ monthly, due no later than the 3rd of the month. Prefer no pets but negotiable and non-smoking is preferred. Available .
