I am looking for a new roommate to take over the other bedroom and private bath in my bath apt in southwest SJ, near Oakridge mall. This would be a new, twelve
-month lease with me. Move-in date is flexible—mid-January or as late as mid-February. I work from home M-F, am tidy, personable, and respectful. More photos upon request.

• Newly renovated in beautiful complex with mature trees, pool, fitness center, two dog parks, and is fully gated
• I have a very happy, very silly dog. You are welcome to bring a dog as well. I just ask that we do a couple temperament tests to ensure the dogs get along before committing to a lease
• Covered parking is $Seventy/month additional; a dog is $Eighty/month. There is also ample street parking.
• Room can come furnished with king memory foam mattress and frame, end tables, and wool rug or you can bring your own furniture
• Must be willing to sign a new, twelve-month lease with me
• Must be non-smoker; cannabis is ok but complex has rules about it on
