I have a one bedroom with a private bathroom available Jan 1. I have a small service dog. I work regular hours during the week and need a chill roommate. Building complex is non-smoking. Must apply to lease with me from the properly management. I have utilities in my name so we will split those. $ refundable deposit by me for collateral for the furniture. Looking for someone to commit to one year lease. No gender preference, I’ve lived with men and women roommates. I’m getting divorced but I don’t bring my drama home.
