Hello! I am looking for a female to take over my lease at Satori Town Center apartments. It is a bath and rent is $. Utilities, elec, and internet not included. You will have the master bedroom and will be living with a female in her s and she’s great. The lease is until July . I am willing to pay the app and admin fee and I don’t need a deposit.

The unit has an in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, ceiling fan, balcony and the amenities include a gym, pool, lounge, movie theater, study areas, gated parking garage, and grills. The common area is furnished, and we can discuss bedroom furnishings. Move in can be as soon as now (I’ve already moved out).
