Minutes from Trader Joe's/Ralphs.
Safe neighborhood.
Plenty of parking.

Would prefer to live with a woman (or afab or femme resenting person, etc.).
Must be queer friendly/ friendly.
Small dog ok (must be fully potty trained).
Sorry no cats (I have a lot of houseplants).

6(+) month commitment preferred, but open to month to month.
Bedroom will be unfurnished.

Address is nearby for safety reasons, but is close enough to approximate its location.
