Rent is $ + utilities: the room is colossal, it comes furnished with a inch television, has a huge private bathroom, gigantic walk-in closet, lots of natural lighting, and lots of storage space. The bathroom has a private toilet (separated by walls/door), a tub, and a separate sit/stand shower (tiled bench); it also comes with a his/her sink.

The house includes a washer dryer, two car garage, driveway, courtyard, large backyard, deck, gazebo, two fridges, AC, giant new kitchen (house is only 9 years old), new furniture, projector, surround sound, movie screen, fireplace, mb internet with a signal booster, and more!

It's ft², in a beautiful neighborhood (one of the safest in the country), down the street from a golf course, and there's a free community pool.

The roommates are young working professionals. Don't mind if you drink or smoke but would just ask that you don't smoke in the house.
