I am currently moving out of a bath apartment located in Carmel Mountain! Great walking distance to shops, restaurants and other businesses. I am looking to fill one bedroom and you would share a bathroom with one other girl! Rent is $ plus utilities which isn’t much (WiFi, electricity, water and trash). There is a small deposit fee of $ and off street parking. We are looking for someone who can do a one year lease and go thru a background check thru the leasing office. The apartment has a great pool and jacuzzi along with a fitness room! There is a washer/dryer inside the apartment and a nice spacious kitchen, Sorry, no pets we do have one cat. There’s an in unit laundry!

About us: We are all in our ’s, have known each other for many years and we are looking for a female who will fit right in! The girls are both working professionals who work out of the house. We like to keep our space clean and go out and have fun!
