Sublease apartment in west campus

Description

I am subleasing my 1 bedroom apartment at Signature (west campus) as my office is further from west campus and would like to be closer to it next semester. It is a 5 min walk from campus, fully furnished (TV included), with in unit washer/dryer. The apartment complex also has a rooftop pool, gym, study areas, pool table... I am looking to sublease it from mid december/ early january to july st (when my lease ends). $/month parking included (can negotiate). Bills are usually around $ per month. It is on the second floor, which is super convenient since the wait for the elevators is long, and like this you can just take the stairs!
