(You would sign till then, 9 month) In the house are two working professionals looking for a single (no couples or roommates) respectful and professional housemate. No pets. (Sorry) This is not a party house. This is a quiet home. The people who live here prefer it that way. The room is ft, not including the private bathroom. The room has two closets and morning sun! There is laundry in the house and a small patio. There's also a pool for the complex. (This is an HOA so there's a bunch of rules for at the pool.) The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, dishwasher (it doesn't work well) and electric stove. We also have central heating and a furnished living room. Less than 5 mins to safeway by car and less than 3 minutes from the base of campus. Please write me a message telling me why you believe this house would be a good fit for you.
