Roommate(s) wanted :)

Description

I'm looking for a roommate to share a bathroom apartment, located near UNB/hospital in Millidgeville. 


Preferred roommate: woman, working professional or mature student, tidy, respectful, open communicator, responsible. MUST pickup after yourself and pay bills on time.


-Move-in date January , or flexible

-Lease ends August , with the possibility of an extension

-$+ utilities for 1 person or $+ utilities each person for double occupancy (you must know and trust the other person you'd be sharing with) 


-The building has: small balcony, large parking lot, gym, elevator, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, stove, washer and dryer in-unit (non-coin), air exchange/dehumidifier, large living room/dining area, located on a great street with access to main bus route just a few steps away. 


-Unfurnished bedroom (the 2 beds shown in the picture are twin sized, but would not be included)

-Damage depsoit equal to one month rent

-SJ Energy is around $+ monthly, but will be higher in cold months

-Bell internet/Cable $ monthly

-Tenant insurance $ monthly 

-No pets, no substance abuse


I work from home 3 days a week and would require low noise during those work hours


Managed by a reputable professional company. To be added on the lease as a Tentant you must be able to provide ID, proof of income, background check and references. You must also be willing to sign a roommate agreement.
