Hello, I am moving out at the end of November due to a new job. The lease doesn't end until June so the new tenant will be taking over my part of the lease. The available room is roughly eighteen feet by fifteen feet with a private bathroom (it is a master bedroom) as well as a large walk-in closet. There is also in-unit washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a two car garage with extra space in the lower area (there is also street parking), maintenance, and air conditioning. There is also a one-time security deposit which is the move-in fee (this may be a different price but will be close to this value). Target, Ralphs, and many other stores are within walking distance and Hermosa Beach is a minute drive away. The other three tenants are engineers in their early twenties and work at the same company. They are friendly and go out often.
I will be living in the apartment until the end of November, so the new tenant can expect to move in by December 1st or later.
