Two rooms currently filled, looking to fill the third. This listing is for the master bed & bath, but will also list a smaller room as well, and take whichever is left for myself. Master bath is private.

Both residents are easy going clean young males, one professional and one academic (grad student at DU). We have one large dog lilah who is quiet (rarely barks) and affectionate. She is a malamute and rather sassy to other dogs/animals, so unfortunately, no more dogs / no cats etc.

Home owner is awesome and occupies the two floors upstairs with her often visiting boyfriend. The house is very large; upstairs has its own kitchen laundry bathrooms etc, plus a fenced yard. Street parking outside never an issue.
