Or if you want to have a spa day, there's a "zen room" with a sauna, massage table, meditation bed on ground and all the vibes. Inside and outside dining. Super big comfy couch. " TV. Oh and there's 3 balconies to sit out and enjoy the weather or get some work done. This pad isn't too shabby :)

The bedroom for rent will be unfurnished but the rest of the home is furnished.

Close to parks, grocery stores, restaurants, gym and more.


I work from home, laid back. I like to clean up after myself and simply looking to rent out room to someone who is respectful, always pays on time, etc. There are 3 bedrooms. One of the rooms is mine, the other is rented out to a guy who is respectful and keeps to himself. The bathroom is a shared bathroom with that room with a hallway separating.
