Hi everyone, I'm seeking a roommate to take over my lease December 1st with the option to renew in July. The house is on a quiet street next to a school in the Eckington neighborhood, and is shared between 4 queer professionals in our 's. The upstairs 2 floors of the house has 3 bedrooms (one of which is available) and there is a basement unit where the 4th roommate lives. 1 cat currently in the house. Looking for responsible, respectful roommate, queer/POC friendly!
