About our place:
We live in a 3 bedroom apartment, 2 bathrooms. Brand new kitchen, apartment is all new. It is a gated condo with renovated pool (there are 2 separate pools) and new gym, really well structured.
Our apartment is furnished with all the necesarry kitchen applicances. The complex offers maintenance for basically everything in the apartment and they collect trash 5 days a week. Master bedroom is already being used. The room next to the shared bathroom that will be free. We have two small dogs that are very friendly!
We keep the apartment very clean and make sure it's organized.
We would like to first meet up somewhere public to get to know each other. I'm mostly available during weekdays after 6pm.
What we are looking for: A roommate that has proof of income, that is clean, and doesn't party at home all the time. We just want someone that'll be nice to live with and if you are down to hang out going to parks or doing other activities, that would be awesome!
