The room is equipped with a bed, chair, and desk.
- Note: Mirror and blue dresser are not included.

🪑APARTMENT AMENITIES:
• Washer and dryer inside the apartment
• Balcony accessible from the dining room
• Shared with two roommates ( female); the bathroom would be shared with the female roommate.

📍LOCATION:
Excellent location right next to Santa Monica Boulevard, in a very quiet area with easy parking. Close to supermarkets like Target and various entertainment options. Right across from the High School, a convenient area for getting around easily.

DEPOSIT:
• $2 months for tenants with no credit score.
• $ for tenants with a credit score.

CONTRACT RENEWAL OPTION:
If the tenant wishes to renew the contract for additional months, the rent amount would remain the same as I am currently . However, this would need to be discussed directly with the rental agency.
