Looking for a female roommate!

Hello!
Looking for a female roommate to take over my spot in an all-girls house in the Montavilla neighborhood, within walking distance to Mount
Tabor!

The room will be available by January 1st, but move-in can be as early as December th with prorated rent. The lease is month to month. Rent is currently $, increasing to $/month by January 1st. Deposit is $, plus a non-refundable $ background check fee. Utilities range from
$, and water is billed every three months.

The house was built in the early s, and has modern appliances such as a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and central AC/heating.

There is one very sweet cat who is quiet and friendly, however we are not accepting other
animals at this time.

There are four of us currently living here, and you will be sharing the upstairs bathroom with two people. We are all working individuals who mainly keep to our own spaces or are out and about, so the house stays pretty quiet most days.
