The home has an open floor plan, built-in study space, gas fireplace, and Nest thermostats. The kitchen includes a gas stove, granite countertops, and a stainless steel French door refrigerator with hardwood floors in the living, dining room & kitchen. Leak monitoring systems are available all over the house. Fiber provides the best Wi-Fi connection to every corner; if you have issues with allergies, the home is set with higher MPR filters and an air purifier.

All bedrooms are carpeted upstairs, and I have a bonus loft. Washer/dryer available. Outdoor patio with BBQ grill and hammock for relaxation.
