Two rooms

Hi, my name is Amber and I have two rooms available in a bathroom house. I would strongly prefer female roommates but might be willing to rent to the right guy. The smaller room is and the larger one is both including utilities. I would prefer no alcohol or drugs in the house. The place already has one cat so no more cats but cat friend dogs or caged animals are great! The place has an amazing garden so if you like to garden you will have a great time here! The rooms can include a bed of you want one if not that’s okay.
