Looking for a roommate

Hi, I’m looking for a roomate for the townhouse I own. It’s sq ft with basement, balcony and outdoor patio. Private room, private bath. I do have a dog. Plenty of parking quiet neighborhood. Asking for a $ a month for room + utilities. If bringing pets I do ask for a pet deposit. Also ask for a deposit fee upon desire to move in. Willing to meet for coffee or show the place.
