Large furnished room with a large closet and private bath. The bathroom has recently been remodeled and the mattress and bedding are practically new! I've recently touched up the kitchen however it's not quite finished we still need to tear down the wallpaper and put in a tile backsplash otherwise it's all done! All utilities are included in the listed price and the security deposit is $. There is a pool in the summer and the grounds around the complex are very lush and there's even a pond! I am looking for a clean responsible working professional female who is low on drama. I have a three-legged year old Blue heeler living here and he is very mellow and well behaved. This does however mean but if there are any other dogs to move in they must match his temperament. There is a wood burning fireplace in the living room and I have almost every streaming service you could think of that I'd be happy to login to for you. friendly. No cats please I am very allergic! I am a -year-old cake decorator and I enjoy being outside and binging on my latest Netflix series. I also love to cook! which means that I would be happy to make house meals every so often as long as you are able to pitch in on some of the grocery cost for that meal. I love to cook for people but I can't afford to feed someone all the time without them pitching in. How often I cook for you is definitely up to you if it happens at all, but I've been told that I am quite good at what I do.
