We rented this apartment for our son until June , he is transferring out of state at the end of the semester. You would need to sign as a roommate (up to 3 people) with the apartment building, ( North) but you would have the whole place to yourself. You could then extend the lease on your own if you wished. Furniture is through a rental program through mid June as well. Private garaged parking is available for $ a month. Includes Community Fitness center, Jacuzzi, pool, conference room use, and all common areas. Dog friendly! Asking $ fully furnished. Message me to discuss. (Earlier move-in may be available)
