Room for rent on beautiful property

Hello! My partner and I are looking for a friendly and social roomates to share our home with. We are okay with another couple sharing the room or a single person. Rent for a single person is $ and for a couple $
per person. There is a private bathroom that we would like made available to the occasional guest as well as it is in the hallway. The house is in a gated 4 acre orchard with garden boxes and a huge lawn. We are very excited to live there and share the space. Utilities are only gas and internet (most likely under $ a person) as the house is on a well and solar. We have a two year old hypoallergenic dog and two cockatiels. Right now we cant add any more dogs or cats but can discuss small pets :) If you are a social, friendly, and LGBT+ affirming human, we would love to meet and discuss details!!
