I am looking for a roommate to sublet/fill 1 private bedroom with it's own bathroom and walk-in closet. I am an easy person to get along with, clean and quiet roommate, have lived with male and female roommates in the past, and have a lot of personal/roommate references that you can speak to in the vetting process. I have been in Santa Monica for years and am living in an awesome apartment and neighborhood that is walking distance to all the essentials.
