Room or living room for rent

Description

I have a bedroom apartment in the southcoast metro area. I am a female and would prefer another female with a steady job. I am looking for a roommate that either wants to take the bedroom or living room. I don't mind staying in either as I work a lot. Nice apartment complex with multiple pool, laundry on , grilling areas and nice clubhouse. The apartment has a balcony and you'll have full use of the kitchen and bathroom. Don't care what time you're in or out.
