Hey guys!! I'm looking for a female roommate who has just graduated from college or has been out for a year (
yrs old) to share an apartment in downtown Royal Oak.
The rent is $/month, utilities not included. You'll have your own bed and bath, and an in-house washer/dryer. The place also comes with 2 parking spots right outside the building. The lease is months, starting in January. No pets, please - I love dogs, but it would increase rent. It’s sqft so we’ll have our own spaces!
A bit about me: I'm moving to Royal Oak in January from NJ so I don’t know that many people yet. I just recently graduated from Colgate University, where I played D1 soccer. I spend majority of my time going out, working out (course the long runs) but also love chilling out with friends and coffee dates😁.
