We have two upstairs rooms available in a well-maintained home with two other occupants—one upstairs and one downstairs. The house features two bathrooms, a full kitchen upstairs, and a shared kitchenette downstairs, both equipped with reverse osmosis water filters for fresh, clean drinking water.

The available rooms have beautiful hardwood floors and ample closet space. One room is south-facing, allowing for plenty of natural sunlight during the day, while the other is north-facing, providing a cooler, more shaded environment—ideal for those who prefer a darker room.

The house includes a spacious backyard with a grassy area, perfect for a small dog, and a cozy patio with seating for outdoor relaxation. Small dogs are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Please note, there is already a small dog and a cat in the house, but they do not roam freely when no one is home. The same will be required of any additional pets.

There is a laundry area located downstairs for your convenience, and the house remains clean and organized, thanks to the current occupants, who are both working professionals. We are seeking like-minded, professional individuals who value a peaceful and quiet home.

No smoking or parties are allowed, ensuring a calm, respectful living environment for all tenants.
