The room is fully furnished (it has a desk, bed, lamp, side table) as well as all the common areas of the apartment. The kitchen and washroom are shared.

Utilities are included in the price. The only thing you need to pay is laundry which is in the building.

We have a cat in the apartment so you will have to be okay with him. He’s very sweet and sleeps for almost the entire day so he won’t bother you at all.
