Location: Street, very central and convenient location. 3 blocks from Empire State Building, 5 blocks to Grand Central. Subways nearby: BDFM, NWRQ,

About the room: large room ( sqft), big windows and a walk-in closet. (Refer to the plan).

About the apartment: large apt, very spacious, very tall ceiling (almost feet), private building entrance (yes, we have no neighbors technically), and access to the rooftop. 1 bathroom with shower. No laundry in the apt.

Kitchen amenities: Dishwasher, Fridge, Stove, and Oven.

Utilities: INCLUDED in rent. Only exception is WiFi, which we will split.

About me: Young professional in early s. Single, male. Work in midtown. Graduated from Columbia. Love cooking and fitness.

About you: Just ONE person. Ideally, I want a roommate who can sign a 1-year lease. The landlord will check your credit before signing the lease. We will talk about our individual habits and compatibility once the conversation gets there.
