Great unit with tons of storage space (2 more closets not pictured), in-unit washer/dryer - Very spacious for a studio.
Must be approved by leasing office. Eighty dollar
application fee that I will reimburse if you are approved and move in.
Rent is $mth + $
utilities fee that covers gas, heat, internet, water, sewer.
Lease runs through April . Move-in date is negotiable. Will cover first thirty
days of rent. Could also discuss it being furnished for additional fee.
