In search of a female roommate

Hello, I’m looking for a roommate to move in with and while I don’t have a place yet, I wanted to see if anyone may be looking for a place to move into within the near future.

I am looking to buy a townhouse or single family home and I am looking in the Benicia, Martinez, Concord, Pleasant Hill, and Walnut Creek areas. Rent may be around $ (not including bills).

A little about me: I’m , single, and I have a dog, so loving dogs is a must for you! My baby is a German Shepherd/Husky mix and no other pets! Aside from that, I’m a school counselor, I love to work out, go wine tasting, and be with friends on the weekends.

I am very quiet during the week and would like a roommate who is also a full time working professional, is low key during the week, clean, responsible, and respectful of shared spaces. I would love to have a roommate that I could hang out with and be social with, not just someone I pass by in the hallway. Maybe hang out on the weekends, have some friends over for drinks together and such!
