The goal is to keep the condo as a peaceful, clean, safe haven where we can decompress and relax - basically just leaving the party outside. But definitely love unwinding with some chill time at home! I don’t drink too much now but you might hear me offer a shot when it’s time 😂.

Rent: $ (negotiable) + of utilities/wifi - no security deposit!

Additional details:

There is no one below or next to the room and it is directly across from the detached bathroom. The shared wall is with the living room.

About Me:
Full time hybrid in the non-profit sector. Typically a homebody, but I enjoy finding new places to eat or a good happy hour, hitting the beach, & hiking! When I’m not working I’m usually volunteering with high schoolers or spending time with my family that are close by as well. I have a super friendly dog, so must be ok with pets (luckily he is hypoallergenic!).
