My townhome is in an excellent location in Saratoga Springs. It sits just off of Pioneer Crossing and Redwood Road, just 3-4 minutes from The Crossing shopping area in Saratoga Springs. It’s very close to Costco, Fat Cats, Walmart, multiple restaurants and more. My townhome is a 3-bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom home with a 2-car garage. I am only looking for one roommate, which means you would only be sharing the common area with me. You can pick which room you’d like and would have your own private bathroom. There is parking available in the garage, on the driveway or there is plenty of street parking. There is a pool in the community, parks and trails nearby.
