My name is Gemma, I’m years old and have a place available in Marrickville, Sydney.


I study Medical Science and work for a 2 medical centres and a therapeutic goods organisation.

I appreciate my downtime but also love to have a glass of wine and chat over a homemade cheeseboard! I also love going to the gym and dance. Marrickville is central to plenty of great shopping, food, culture, entertainment and activities.

My place is available for 6months minimum stay. It’s $ per week (including bills + unlimited wifi). I have spent a bit of time updating the furniture and redecorating the place to feel more homely. The available bedroom is furnished with a bed and wardrobe.

The apartment is in a prime location. Being that it is at the top of the complex the balcony has amazing views that make the stairs all worth it.

Conveniently located:
- 2 minutes from nearest bus
- 5 minutes from nearest Woolies
- minutes from the train station
- minutes from nearest gym
- minutes from Main Street

All walking distance and even quicker by car.

The apartment is fully furnished with high speed internet. The kitchen has been recently upgrade and is equipped with a coffee machine and air fryer that you are welcome to use.

There is a washing machine and dryer easily accessible within the apartment.
