Hi!! My roomate and I are looking for 2 girls to sublease our double at Beach City starting in either mid December-January. It’s a bathroom apartment shared among 3 other girls with large Large Furniture(Tv, Couch, desk, kitchen table, beds, ect.) and utilities included. The complex has a pool, a balcony, a newly renovated gym, a community washer and dryer and weekly social events including free food, games nights, and friendly competitions. Beach city is directly connected to Santa Barbara City College campus making it a 5 minute walk to any class and to the beach!
