The room for rent is on the second floor of a classic Cambridge building. with beautiful views that face northeast. A comfy queen bed, and spacious closet make for a very comfortable and quiet bedroom. The unit gets lots of natural light all year round. Use of bed and night table included, the rest of the condo is fully furnished.

The condo boasts of high ceilings, a newly renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and has wooden floors. The kitchen is well stocked with all the essential cooking utensils and you are welcome to make use of them to cook and eat. In addition the condo has a washer/dryer, and a dishwasher.

HOA fees are included and we split electricity and heating. You will have access to high-speed Internet, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning/heat. Additionally, I can obtain a parking pass that allows you to park anywhere in the neighborhood. There is usually plenty of space, as many neighboring units have side parking.
